Without Limits.
Stefano Vrolijk & Rodrigo Gómez — Atlixco, Puebla
Thirty years ago, Stefan Vrolijk crossed the Atlantic from the Netherlands with a suitcase, a vision, and a deep conviction: Mexico had the soil, the climate, and the people to grow world-class flowers. What was missing was the bridge.
Stefan built that bridge — stem by stem. He began by bringing Dutch gladiolus bulbs — the finest in the world — to Mexican growers, planting not only flowers, but a new way of doing things: uncompromising quality, and respect for the hands that work the land.
Three decades later, his son Stefano Vrolijk and Rodrigo Gómez — partners since their days as roommates at the University of Tampa — chose to take that legacy forward. After graduation, instead of the comfortable path, they took the harder one: to build. They began by working with the very same growers who had trusted Stefan three decades earlier, and started exporting product to the United States.
Today, Senza Limiti exports more than 15 million stems a year. No longer just gladiolus — roses, eucalyptus, foliage, a catalog that grows alongside the trust of our retail and distribution partners across the United States.
But more important than the numbers is what they represent: Mexican flowers, carried with pride, crossing borders with the name they deserve.
Senza Limiti — without limits, just as Stefan taught us.
